Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations that highlight the value of our offerings.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to close deals efficiently while ensuring mutual satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that increase brand awareness and generate leads in the restaurant sector.
- Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track sales activities, manage accounts, and analyze market trends for continuous improvement.
- Provide exceptional account management by supporting clients post-sale, addressing concerns promptly, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, especially within the restaurant or hospitality industry is highly desirable.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals effectively.
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—that foster trust and rapport with clients.
- Ability to analyze market data and customer feedback to develop strategic sales approaches.
- Familiarity with sales technology tools such as Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Demonstrated success in business development, lead generation, and account management.
- Experience in technical or technology sales is a plus, along with knowledge of marketing principles related to sales growth.
