JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assists in activities of daily living (personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting,
- exercises, transfers and ambulation, eating assistance)
- Provide companion and respite care
- Assists with household duties such light housekeeping and laundry
- Meal preparation based on client’s diet and needs
- Facilitate regular communication with the office staff in regards to the client’s care
- May accompany the client to doctor appointments, shopping errands, or other outings
- Provide medication reminders as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 2+ years’ experience working with the elderly, preferred
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of auto insurance
- Successfully pass a criminal background check
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
PAY RANGE: $13.00 - $15.75 per hour, depending on experience.
JOB TYPE: Part-time, Full-time, PRN
SCHEDULE:
- Day shift
- Evening Shift
- Overnight shift
- Monday through Friday
- Weekends
- 4 hour shifts
- 8 hour shifts
- 12 hour shifts
