Duties
- Tridium Niagara N4 Certified
- Programable Controller Programming Skills ( Example - JCI FX, Honeywell Webs & Optimizer, Distech)
- Install, calibrate, and commission HVAC control systems, including sensors, actuators, and programmable logic controllers (PLCs), ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
- Read and interpret piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), schematics, electrical blueprints, and technical manuals to accurately diagnose issues and implement solutions.
- Conduct electrical diagnostics on low voltage and high voltage systems, utilizing precision measuring instruments such as ohmmeters and multimeters to identify faults.
- Follow electrical safety procedures during all field service activities while adhering to industry standards for electrical blueprint reading and troubleshooting.
- Provide exceptional customer service by delivering timely technical support, training clients on system operation, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication skills.
- Familiarity with calibration techniques for sensors, valves, actuators, and other instrumentation devices used in HVAC and industrial automation systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex engineering issues using electrical diagnostics tools
- Skilled in AutoCAD or Visio for designing or modifying schematics; capable of reading electrical blueprints with precision.
- Strong customer service orientation combined with excellent communication skills to support field service activities effectively.
