By helping them understand how fiber internet can improve speed and overall online experiences, the Entry-Level Sales Representative plays a key role in expanding awareness of AT&T's services.
Responsibilities of the Entry Level Sales Representative
- Interact with customers in person to assess their current connectivity concerns and present AT&T Fiber as the solution for a smoother internet experience.
- Connect with our customers in person to demonstrate how AT&T Fiber eliminates common issues and ensures a seamless experience.
- Boost sales by emphasizing AT&T Fiber's reliability and performance for work, entertainment, smart home integration, and multi-device use.
- Advise our customers on the best AT&T Fiber packages to suit their lifestyle, whether they prioritize speed, affordability, or advanced features.
- Clarify the benefits of AT&T Fiber, such as no data caps, symmetrical upload/download speeds, and consistent performance during peak hours.
- Check in with households to confirm their satisfaction with AT&T Fiber, providing proactive support and troubleshooting tips as needed.
Qualifications of the Entry Level Sales Representative
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Strong interest in sales or customer service is a plus.
- Comfortable working independently while staying accountable to daily sales targets.
- Collaborative spirit, contributing to team success, and supporting sales objectives.
- Growth‑driven with readiness to advance into higher‑level sales or management roles.
Pay: $900.00 - $1,450.00 per week
