As an Management Assistant, you’ll be working directly with business clients, helping them understand what AT&T has to offer and guiding them through the enrollment process. Every Entry Level Account Manager on our team plays a big part in making sure clients feel confident, informed, and taken care of. We work closely with AT&T Business, which means every Entry Level Account Manager gets hands-on exposure to real solutions used by companies every day. As a Management Assistant, you won’t just be explaining services, you’ll be helping clients make decisions that impact how they stay connected and grow.
Entry Level Account Manager Day-to-Day:
- As a Management Assistant, help clients choose the right AT&T wireless plans and products for their business needs
- Guide clients through AT&T service options, including internet and wireless enrollments
- Support existing clients by reviewing accounts and making sure their AT&T services are working for them
- Keep track of client interactions so every Entry Level Account Manager stays aligned as a team
- Break down billing and answer questions so clients feel confident in their AT&T services
- Recommend upgrades when it genuinely makes sense for the client
- Continue learning and growing in AT&T products and services as a Management Assistant
What We Look for in an Entry Level Account Manager :
- Someone who’s naturally outgoing and enjoys working with clients
- Strong communication skills, you don’t need to be perfect, just real and clear
- Organized enough to manage details while still keeping things personal
- Motivated to learn and grow within AT&T
- Comfortable having conversations while learning new systems
- A team player who wants to succeed
- Previous Entry Level Account Manager or communications experience is a plus, but not required
