What You’ll Do
As a Flipur Agent, you’ll play a critical role in our acquisition and disposition pipeline. You’ll work directly with our investors, acquisition team, and dispo team to ensure smooth, profitable transactions.
Daily:
- Draft and submit offers on behalf of our acquisitions team (MLS & off-market)
- Build a pipeline of active investors through outreach, follow-up, and relationship-building
- Use Flipur’s consistent deal flow and market insights to match buyers with strong investment opportunities
- Coordinate showings, negotiate pricing, and guide deals from initial interest to successful closing
- Manage multiple transactions simultaneously with urgency, accuracy, and communication
- Collaborate closely with acquisitions, transaction coordination, and leadership
- Excel in a high-volume, performance-driven environment that rewards consistency and results
Requirements
- Willingness to be in-office at least 4 days a week but work full-time hours
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Drafting offers, writing counter offers, and managing listings
- High energy, self-motivated, and growth-minded

Compensation
- Paid 10-day training program
