MEP Partners is looking for a dependable and experienced Plumbing Service Technician to join our growing team. This position will primarily focus on residential warranty service calls, providing quality repairs and outstanding customer service to homeowners.
Responsibilities
- Respond to and complete residential warranty service calls.
- Diagnose and repair plumbing issues efficiently and professionally.
- Troubleshoot plumbing systems and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Communicate clearly with homeowners while maintaining a positive, customer-focused attitude.
- Complete service reports and required documentation accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked service vehicle.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Plumbing service experience preferred.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with residential plumbing systems.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and manage daily service calls.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical job duties.
