Vice Principal Kuser Elementary School (Grades K-5)
Requirements:

NJ Principal's Certificate Required (Standard, Provisional, or CE)

Minimum of five (5) years of successful teaching experience preferred;

Administrative experience preferred;
-
Knowledge/experience with elementary school best practices (particularly in core academic areas and intervention);

Knowledge/experience with Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS);
-
Knowledge/experience with elementary master scheduling preferred;
-
Understanding of teacher observation/evaluation process (ie: Danielson);
-
Ability to strengthen family and community engagement within a diverse elementary school community;
-
Knowledge/experience with classroom and building school climate and restorative interventions;
-
Ability to present building-based professional development;
-
Knowledge of school law, assessment accountability/procedures, and NJ Student Learning Standards;
-
Willingness to work collaboratively with building Principal and administrators across the district (in a large district setting).

Bilingual Spanish preferred

Salary Range: (prorated from July 1, 2026 per start date)

Per HTASA Salary Guide STEP 9A at 85% for Elementary School Vice-Principal

$134,395 to 138,895 (with doctorate degree)
