Partnered with the telecommunications giant AT&T, we’re expanding our reach and need a talented new AT&T Sales Associate to help us build lasting relationships with our clients. AT&T Sales Associate Core Functions:
- Manage a portfolio of new and existing customer accounts, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and sales retention for AT&T
- Act as the main point of contact for all client needs, from initial sales sign-up to service upgrades
- Strategically identify sales opportunities to cross-sell and upsell AT&T services to existing clients, maximizing account value
- Develop and implement tailored sales strategies to acquire new clients within your assigned territory in the Nashville region
- Conduct engaging in-person presentations to demonstrate the value of AT&T's sales products and services
- Maintain meticulous records of all sales activities, customer information, and account updates in our database
- Collaborate with fellow AT&T Sales Associates and senior management to set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Serve as a manager for both LS Promotions and AT&T, upholding our commitment to quality and integrity
AT&T Sales Associate Desired Attributes:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment is a must!
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- A proactive and positive approach to problem-solving
- Willingness to work some evenings and weekends as needed
Pay: $55,000.00 - $67,500.00 per year
