We’re looking for a dedicated and skilled Pastry Cook or Bread Baker to join the production team at our Los Angeles-based commissary bakery. We also have Bread Dough Mixer or Food Production Prep openings as well. If you’ve worked in restaurants, hotels, or bakeries and want to refine your skills in a fast-paced, growth-oriented kitchen — we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do
- Produce and finish pastries, laminated doughs, tarts, breads, and baked goods with attention to detail
- Shape, mix, produce dough and bake bread and bagels
- Follow recipes accurately, ensuring consistent results and proper portioning
- Assist with daily mise en place, mixing, baking, scaling recipes and finishing tasks
- Maintain an organized and sanitary workstation at all times
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth production flow
- Support seasonal product launches and special production runs
- Report to the Pastry Sous Chef and Executive Pastry Chef
Who You Are
- 1–2+ years of experience in a bakery or kitchen or food production experience.
- Comfortable with scaling recipes working with doughs, piping, glazes, mousses, and finishing techniques
- Understands and follows food safety protocols (ServSafe certification a plus)
- Able to read, follow, and execute detailed prep and recipe instructions
- Strong time management and communication skills
- Physically able to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Reliable, team-oriented, and eager to grow within a professional pastry kitchen
- References required from prior roles.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
