Principle duties and responsibilities: Profit/loss responsibility for 7-9 stores with 40-60 store associates; sales and customer service; personnel/staffing and store manager/team development; implementation of Marketing programs.
Base salary + bonus ($500+ monthly potential, and up to 10% annual bonus potential)
