Guardian Medical is seeking an experienced and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our growing physician-led medical team specializing in the evaluation and management of patients injured in motor vehicle accidents and other personal injury cases.
This position offers the opportunity to practice in a collaborative environment focused on patient recovery, quality medical care, and comprehensive documentation. Our Nurse Practitioners play a vital role in guiding patients through their recovery journey while working closely with physicians, specialists, chiropractors, physical therapists, and case management professionals.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive new patient evaluations
- Perform follow-up visits and ongoing patient management
- Obtain detailed patient histories and perform physical examinations
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians
- Order and interpret diagnostic studies when appropriate
- Coordinate referrals to specialty providers
- Educate patients regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, and recovery expectations
- Maintain accurate, detailed, and timely medical records
- Participate in telehealth visits as needed
- Communicate effectively with clinical staff and referral partners
- Assist in identifying patients who may require advanced diagnostics or specialty care
QualificationsRequired
- Current Colorado Nurse Practitioner License in good standing
- Board Certification (FNP, AGNP, or Adult-Gerontology)
- DEA Registration (or ability to obtain)
- Strong clinical assessment skills
- Excellent documentation and communication abilities
- Ability to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a patient-focused clinician who enjoys building relationships, evaluating musculoskeletal injuries, and working within a coordinated care model. We are looking for someone who values clinical excellence, thorough documentation, and helping injured patients navigate their recovery.
Experience treating accident-related injuries is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate with a strong clinical background and desire to learn.
Pay: $117,215.38 - $141,162.61 per year
