Requirements
- CPR and First Aid certification required, or willingness to obtain certification.
- Applicants with childcare experience are encouraged to apply.
- College diploma is not required for this position.

Responsibilities
- Assist with managing classroom activities and maintaining a positive, safe, clean, and healthy learning environment.
- Support the Lead Teacher with lesson planning and implementation of educational activities.
- Engage with children and support their individual developmental needs, including children who may have special education or additional support needs.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, teachers, and staff.
- Communicate effectively with the Director, parents, and staff regarding children's progress, classroom activities, and important events.
- Follow all health and safety procedures and maintain CPR and First Aid certification as required.
- Follow all applicable childcare licensing regulations and company policies.
