Emerald City Smoothie – Smoothie Barista
Emerald City Smoothie is looking for energetic, reliable team members who take pride in great customer service and enjoy working in a health-focused gym environment.
This is a great fit for someone who is a self-starter, stays positive, and takes initiative without needing constant direction. Many shifts are worked independently, so being comfortable working solo and keeping things running smoothly is important.
We also care deeply about culture and attitude. This is a small, community-focused location with a lot of regular, returning customers. Being kind, respectful, and consistently positive is just as important as any skill you bring.

What You’ll Do
- Make high-quality smoothies with care and consistency
- Provide friendly, welcoming service to regular and new customers
- Work independently during shifts and manage daily store operations
- Recommend smoothies and products based on customer needs
- Handle opening/closing tasks
- Keep the store clean, organized, and inviting
- Process orders using the POS system
What We’re Looking For
- Must be 18 years or older
- Strong customer service mindset and enjoys working with people
- Positive, respectful, and team-oriented attitude
- Self-motivated and able to work independently (solo shifts required)
- Reliable availability for evenings and weekends (required)
- Someone who takes pride in doing things the right way
- Good communicator and a strong team player

- Evening and weekend availability required
- Training provided — we care more about attitude and consistency than experience
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
