<Overview>
Balboa Unlimited is looking for a Creative Director to lead and execute photoshoots, direct models, and bring creative visions to life.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You will be responsible for running shoots, managing talent, and maintaining the energy and quality of every production.
<Duties>
- Direct and run photoshoots from start to finish
- Guide models on posing, confidence, and performance
- Maintain a strong, fun, and professional shoot environment
- Execute creative concepts and themes
- Work alongside photographers and content creators
- Ensure every participant has a high-quality experience
<Qualifications>
- Strong personality and leadership presence
- Creative eye for content, fashion, and aesthetics
- Comfortable directing groups and individuals
- Experience with photography, modeling, or content creation (preferred, not required)
- High energy, confident, and organized
Pay: $2,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
