Schedule Available: 5-day work week
Local package delivery company under contract with FedEx Ground based in Sanford, FL seeking FULL TIME pick-up and delivery drivers in Central Florida with a focus on Seminole county. We have an on-going need for drivers.
- We have several insurance offerings for full time employees of Customer Centric Delivery only. Part time employees are not eligible for benefits.
- Customer Centric Delivery works out of the Sanford terminal delivering to Casselberry, Maitland, Winter Springs, and the surrounding areas.
- WEEKENDS (BOTH SAT & SUN) are MANDATORY. FedEx operates 7 days a week
- You must be in GOOD TO EXCELLENT PHYSICAL CONDITION, with NO LIMITATIONS
- Must be available to WORK 7:30 TO 7:30PM, SUNDAY THROUGH SATURDAY (We will need you to work 5 or 6 of the 7 days
- NEW DRIVERS WORK WED-SUN - start and end times vary thus the window, you are NOT working 12-hour days)
- As we deliver liquor, you must be 21 years of age to apply
- Requires a clean criminal background – FedEx goes back at least 10 years
- Must have a clean motor vehicle record – FedEx checks back for 7 year
- MUST BE ABLE TO CARRY 150 LBS UP TO THREE FLIGHTS OF STAIRS
- Commercial driving experienced desired but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate with the right work ethic.
- NO KISSIMMEE, ST. CLOUD, DAVENPORT applicants accepted. There is a terminal in DAVENPORT that you should apply to. We will reject applicants closer to another terminal or too far away from the Sanford terminal located at 451 Monroe Road
Looking for coverage 5-6 days a week, especially Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
Salaried positions starting from $130/day plus bonuses for additional stops (NOTE: Drivers with 1 or more years of FedEx pick up/delivery experience start at $150/day plus bonuses for additional stops). We also offer a daily saftey bonus of $20 for SAFE driving.
BENEFITS: INSURANCE AVAILABLE FOR FULL TIME CUSTOMER CENTRIC GROUND DRIVERS. We pay our drivers the six paid holidays when FedEx is closed if they fall on a normal work day and they work the day before and after the holiday. In addition, we offer 5 days of paid vacation after one year of service and, 10 days of paid vacation after two years of service. Benefits vary by contractor, these are unique to our business.
CLEAN DRIVING RECORD AND CRIMINAL BACKGROUND FOR TEN YEARS REQUIRED. Drug testing on all applicants & subject to random drug testing throughout your term of employment. References required & ALL will be contacted and must confirm your employment.

- Please share any truck driving experience you have, listing the type of truck and time spent in the position. We require a road test in a P1200 which is a 22' step van. You will need to be able to drive it both forward and backwards through a set of cones in a weaving pattern. We test everyone and hire the most skilled drivers.
