Summary
The Family Navigator position is full-time and works out of our Marysville CA office. The basic purpose for this position is peer support and engaging families identified through the Yuba County Differential Response Services Program in services that strengthen and support the family. Surround each family with individualized activities to ensure optimal family function and child safety.
Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in applicable field (Ex: behavioral sciences, social worker, child development) and a minimum of two years of experience related to the activities related to this job position
- AA Degree in applicable field (Ex: behavioral sciences, social work, child development) and a minimum of two years of experience related to the activities related to this job position
- Fluent in Spanish
- Will consider a combination of HS diploma and more than five years of case management experience working with children and families
- Experience interacting with families, community-based organization, and county agencies
- Possess a valid California Driver’s License with a clear driving record for the past three (3) years.
The base pay for Family Navigator is $23.00 to $25.00 an hour, additional individual compensation may be available. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package, and a comprehensive benefit program is available for qualifying position.
