Copper Rock Healthcare's ADON position may be perfect for you. We are looking for an energetic, motivated and highly dedicated RN for this position.
Duties include-
- Oversee nursing operations within the facility with the Director of Nursing
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures to ensure high-quality resident care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create/follow individualized care plans for residents
- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, including training and development
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including HIPAA and resident rights
- Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
Experience
- In-depth knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and procedures
- Familiarity with long term care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with residents, families, and staff members
