A rapidly growing and highly respected specialty construction contractor is seeking an experienced construction professional to join its leadership team in the Greater Atlanta market. Position Summary
The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing construction operations, ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and profitably while maintaining the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion.

Coordinate with owners, general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.

Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.

Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement solutions proactively.

Ensure adherence to all safety, quality, and compliance standards.

Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Support project forecasting, cost control, and profitability objectives.

Foster strong client relationships and contribute to repeat business opportunities.

Mentor and develop team members while promoting a culture of accountability and excellence.
Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.

5+ years of experience within commercial construction.

Experience with concrete, structural, civil, or specialty contracting projects is highly desirable.

Strong understanding of project management, scheduling, budgeting, and construction operations.

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.

Proficiency with construction management software and project controls tools.
