Commission + Base Salary
Position Overview
We are looking for driven and experienced Business Development Managers (BDM) to help grow and manage restoration projects (water, fire, mold). This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-based environment.
Compensation (San Antonio Market Range)
- Base Salary: $25,000 – $65,000 per year
- Commission: Performance-based (leads closed / projects completed)
- Total Earning Potential: $75,000 – $120,000+ annually
Key Responsibilities
BDM
- Generate and close new restoration opportunities
- Build relationships with property managers, insurance adjusters, plumbers, contractors and clients
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
Qualifications
- Restoration or construction experience preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Organized, proactive, and results-driven
- Valid driver’s license
