We’re a family-centered direct primary care practice with a refreshing approach to medicine. Our patient panel is capped at 500 to prioritize quality over volume, but only 1/3 full. We believe in deep patient relationships, work-life harmony, and care that’s thoughtful, not rushed.
Role Overview
As our newest physician, you’ll step into a calm, private office environment where you'll have the time and freedom to provide deeply personalized care. Expect an average of 4–7 patient visits per day, with plenty of digital interaction via text, phone, and email.
You’ll manage everything from preventive wellness to acute care — without the constraints of insurance-based bureaucracy.
What You'll Do
- Build meaningful relationships with patients
- Diagnose, treat, prescribe (including controlled & weight loss meds)
- Manage chronic and acute conditions
- Perform in-house exams (GYN, skin, prostate, breast, etc.)
- Educate patients on nutrition, hygiene, chronic condition management
- Communicate directly and promptly with patients — accessibility is key
- Make courtesy hospital visits when schedule allows
Qualifications
- MD or DO
- Active, unrestricted AZ medical license
- DEA license
- Board Certified or Board Eligible (Family Medicine)
