Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management preferred
- Journeyman License preferred
- PMP certification a plus
- 5+ years of HVAC mechanical project management experience
- Valid driver’s license with clean record
- Strong knowledge of mechanical contracting and installation practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Procore
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
- Experience managing budgets, schedules, and field teams
Key Responsibilities
Project Execution & Coordination
- Review contracts, scope, permits, and insurance requirements
- Develop project budgets, cost estimates, and schedules
- Procure materials and equipment, ensuring spec compliance and delivery coordination
- Coordinate subcontractors, field labor, and other trades
- Provide technical clarification and support to Foremen and field teams
- Ensure projects meet safety standards and code requirements
Financial Management
- Manage budgets, labor costs, and job productivity
- Review and support invoicing (AIA, progress billing, closeout billing)
- Track and manage RFIs, change orders, and contract modifications
- Monitor financial performance and adjust as needed
Scheduling & Reporting
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and work plans
- Provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders
- Measure project performance and identify improvement opportunities
Leadership & Oversight
- Collaborate with Install Manager, Estimator, APMs, and Foremen
- Provide guidance and feedback to field leadership
- Support workforce coordination and job site execution
- Travel to job sites as required

Pay: Up to $160,000.00 per year
