- Maintain reliable dispatch backup coverage and clear handoffs whenever you are in the field, in meetings, or unavailable.
- Oversee yard workflow, equipment staging, portable restroom and trailer readiness, inventory accuracy, and daily departure preparation.
- Coordinate maintenance priorities with mechanics to reduce downtime and keep trucks, trailers, pumps, and service equipment available.
- Supervise, coach, train, and hold drivers, service technicians, yard personnel, and dispatch support accountable for performance and conduct.
- Lead daily safety expectations and support compliance with company policies and applicable DOT, OSHA, environmental, vehicle-weight, and equipment requirements.
- Resolve customer-service issues, jobsite concerns, service failures, and emergency needs professionally and promptly.
- Track route completion, services per hour, labor hours, overtime, missed or repeated service, equipment readiness, downtime, safety, and customer escalations.
- Develop practical procedures and improvements that strengthen communication, service quality, accountability, and profitable growth.
- When needed and properly qualified, assist with a route, delivery, trailer movement, or other work in the yard or field.
