Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for executing a variety of masonry tasks that contribute to the successful completion of residential, commercial, and renovation projects. Your skills in mixing mortar, packing Stone and finishing will help shape high-quality buildings and surfaces. Duties
- Construct, repair, and restore structures using bricks, concrete blocks, stone, and other masonry materials with precision and attention to detail.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and scaffolding safely to facilitate efficient construction processes
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute projects accurately
- Apply finishing techniques such as finishing grout joist, brooming, caulking, and tile laying to achieve desired surface quality
- Collaborate with carpenters, roofers, and other tradespeople during renovation or restoration projects to ensure seamless integration of building components
- Maintain a clean and organized worksite by properly storing tools and disposing of debris in compliance with safety standards
Skills
- Ability to operate hand tools (trowels, hammers), power tools (drills, saws).
- Familiarity with schematics for structural layouts and technical specifications for restoration projects
- Knowledge of construction site safety protocols including scaffolding setup and fall protection measures
