Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide exceptional service by listening to their vehicle concerns and scheduling appointments.
- Prepare accurate repair orders, explain services and pricing clearly, and obtain customer authorization.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and efficient completion of repairs.
- Follow up with customers on service status, updates, and completion.
- Promote additional services and maintain high customer satisfaction scores.
- Handle phone inquiries, service walk-ins, and administrative tasks with professionalism.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Service Writer, or in a customer-facing automotive role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of automotive service and repairs is highly desirable.
- Proficient computer skills and familiarity with dealership management systems.
- Valid driver’s license and a positive, professional demeanor.
