What you'll do:
Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment programs.
Conduct assessments and create treatment plans.
Supervise, mentor, and support Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
Review session data and monitor client progress.
Provide parent and caregiver training.
Build positive relationships with clients and families.
Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members.
Participate in weekly team meetings.
Supervise RBTs and BCBA candidates per BACB requirements.
Deliver high-quality, client-centered ABA services.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment data.
Ensure client safety and uphold confidentiality.
Demonstrate professionalism and ethical conduct.
Work collaboratively with the Beyond Autism Services team.
