Now Hiring: Production - Dough Cutter
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking individual to join our bakery production team. This role is essential to keeping our operation running efficiently and requires strong attendance and commitment.
Shift: Starts at 1:00 AM
Pay: $21.50/hour + $1/hour attendance bonus (no lates or call-outs)
Key Responsibilities:

Cut and handle large dough batches (up to 60 lbs)

Load, wrap, and rack dough for fermentation

Move dough bowls weighing up to 1,300 lbs using equipment

Assist with mixing, labeling, and general production support

Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment
Requirements:

Impeccable attendance is required

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work throughout the shift

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Comfortable working in cold environments and around machinery

Food manufacturing experience preferred
