Line Cook / Korean Cook
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Line Cook to join our team at our busy Korean restaurant.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in an Asian or Korean restaurant.
- Must be able to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday as scheduled).
- Experience with Korean cuisine and food preparation techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Maintain cleanliness and follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work well with a team.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
- Prep ingredients and stock kitchen stations.
- Ensure food is cooked and presented consistently.
- Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and compliant with health regulations.
- Assist with inventory and daily kitchen duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of Asian or Korean restaurant cooking experience (required).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
