Overview:
Join our team as a Floor Sales Associate where you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and driving sales in a dynamic environment.
Duties:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product information and recommendations to meet customer needs
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Promote current tickets, promotions, and new products
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism
-Working long shifts (in a smoking environment)
-Must have clean record
-Be able to lift 50 pounds
Experience:
- Previous retail sales experience preferred but not required
- Ability to communicate effectively in English; Spanish language skills are a plus
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
