We are currently hiring a crew members for our Screen Print department. Vision Printing and Graphics is a wide-format signage and graphic manufacturer, producing a wide variety of signage and graphic needs: yard signs and banners to wall graphics and parking signage (and more!).
All Screen-Printing Associates will be required to learn these basic printing processes:
- Operation, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance of screen-presses; preparing materials for printing; loading and unloading machines from press and conveyors; ensuring proper settings of squeegee, screen height, and ink coverage.
- Performing Quality Control (QC) measures on the film negatives, screen tension, material condition, proper imprint, ink curing, and color in all steps of screen production.
- Cleaning of squeegees and screens using appropriate solvent cleaners using appropriate PPE at designated cleaning areas.
Proficient Screen-Printing Associates may be required to learn, practice, and perform various advanced processes:
- Exposure of graphic screen using film negative and exposure system; application of emulsion coating; blocking off print around live areas; reclaiming screens for future use.
- Creation of screens using tensioner, appropriate mesh, and frame for usable screens for production use.

Requirements:
- Must be able to stand all day
- Must be able to consistently move 30 lbs
- Must be able to work around chemicals
- Forklift experience is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail
- No experience necessary - but it's a plus!
