Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their shopping journey
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently to process retail sales transactions accurately and swiftly
- Handle cash, credit card, and mobile payments with precision, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed
- Assist customers with product demos and upselling opportunities to enhance their shopping experience
- Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring products are well-presented
- Support inventory management through stock replenishment and inventory checks
- Demonstrate strong phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a clean, organized, and inviting store environment
Experience
- Prior experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and retail math is advantageous
- Bilingual skills are a plus to better serve diverse customer needs
- Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a busy setting are essential for success in this role
