Primary Purpose:
To provide essential administrative and financial support to the accounting team, ensuring accurate recordkeeping, efficient operations, and timely communication across internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
- Enter and manage financial data in spreadsheets and accounting software
- Reconcile invoices, receipts, and bank statements
- Assist in preparing financial summaries and basic reports
- Maintain well-organized filing systems for both paper and digital financial documents
- Support internal and external audits by gathering and verifying records
- Communicate with vendors and clients to resolve billing inquiries
- Assist with payroll data entry and expense tracking
- Coordinate departmental meetings and manage correspondence
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred; associate degree required
- Foundational knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Sage 100, QuickBooks)
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
- Well-organized and capable of maintaining accurate paper and digital filing systems
- Fluency in English and Mandarin required; Taiwanese language skills a plus
- Legal work authorization in the United States is required.

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
