Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. Your expertise will help maintain a safe, efficient, and reliable environment by performing repairs, inspections, and preventative maintenance across various mechanical and electrical systems. Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning/Refrigeration) systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and repair appliances, mechanical equipment, and electrical systems using schematics and technical manuals.
- Conduct complex equipment repairs including HVAC units, refrigeration systems, air conditioning units, and other mechanical devices.
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams to diagnose issues accurately.
- Lead small maintenance projects or assist construction teams during facility upgrades or renovations.
- Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections for compliance and future reference.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests to minimize downtime and ensure safety standards are met.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Service Technician or Maintenance Technician with a strong background in appliance repair, HVAC/R systems, refrigeration, or mechanical maintenance.
- Demonstrated ability to read schematics and technical diagrams effectively.
- Hands-on experience with equipment repair in commercial or industrial settings is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems including air conditioning units, refrigeration technology, and related electrical components.
- Leadership skills or previous experience supervising or mentoring team members is a plus.
- Construction experience or familiarity with building systems will be advantageous.

Pay: $23.00 - $24.00 per hour
