Zenith Management is currently hiring a AT&T Client Relations Specialist to support team operations and customer engagement efforts related to AT&T Fiber services. This position focuses on team coordination, communication support, and assisting staff members with daily customer interactions in a professional environment.
The AT&T Client Relations Specialist will participate in hands-on training focused on leadership development, team communication, and customer support practices. Individuals in this role will help oversee daily workflows, support team members during customer interactions, and assist with maintaining organized account activity and service documentation.
Core Functions of the AT&T Client Relations Specialist:
- Support and lead team members during customer interactions by helping answer questions and provide service information
- Coordinate daily team activities and assist with maintaining and managing organized workflows
- Help customers understand available AT&T Fiber services, features, and account options
- Assist and manage account documentation, customer updates, and service-related records
- Participate in ongoing leadership and team development training
- Help ensure consistent customer support and account assistance processes
