Synergy HomeCare is hiring compassionate and dependable individuals who want to make a difference in the lives of others. No prior professional caregiving experience is required. Selected candidates will receive the training and support needed to become confident, client-ready caregivers.
Up to $15/hour on client assignments
Part-time opportunities with potential for up to 40 hours/week
Paid 40 Hour PCA Training & Orientation under Virginia State Minimum Wage.
Same-Day Pay opportunities up to $200
Bi-Weekly Pay through direct deposit

Provide companionship and support in the client's home
Assist with personal care and daily activities
Help with mobility, transfers, and fall prevention
Prepare simple meals and provide medication reminders
Support clients with dementia or memory loss
Complete visit documentation and share client updates with the Synergy team
Maintain a safe, respectful, and professional environment
CPR/First Aid certification
Negative TB test
Clear national background check ($50 background check fee deducted from first paycheck)
Reliable transportation, preferably with a valid driver's license and active insurance
Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed
Ability to work with multiple clients on a rotational basis
