Ingram, Wallis & Company, P.C. is seeking a highly professional organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to the front office, answering multi-line phones with a pleasant, clear and professional demeanor.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Organize and assist in maintaining paperless filing system
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Support office staff with administrative tasks
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous administrative or office experience required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Professional and positive attitude
