Little Bee the SLP, LLC is a family-centered pediatric speech therapy practice dedicated to helping children communicate with confidence. We provide speech and language therapy services in the home, community, outpatient settings, and through teletherapy across Rhode Island and Massachusetts.
We specialize in serving infants, toddlers, and school-aged children with a variety of speech, language, and communication disorders. At Little Bee, we believe parents and caregivers are an essential part of every child's success. Responsibilities
- Conduct speech and language screenings, evaluations, and re-evaluations.
- Develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals and objectives.
- Provide evidence-based speech and language therapy services.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and data collection.
- Manage a consistent therapy caseload.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, physicians, occupational therapists, and other professionals to support each child's progress.
- Educate families on strategies to encourage carryover of skills outside of therapy sessions.
- Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration and ongoing professional development.
QualificationsRequired
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current Rhode Island Speech-Language Pathology license or eligibility for licensure.
- Current Massachusetts Speech-Language Pathology license or eligibility for licensure (or willingness to obtain).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Passion for working with children and supporting families.
Preferred
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
- Experience working with infants, toddlers, and school-aged children.
- Experience treating children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities.
- Experience providing services in home, community, outpatient, or teletherapy settings.
Clinical Fellows Welcome!
Little Bee the SLP, LLC proudly welcomes Clinical Fellow (CF) applicants. We are committed to supporting new clinicians as they transition into independent practice by providing mentorship, supervision, and guidance from experienced Speech-Language Pathologists. Our collaborative and supportive environment is designed to help Clinical Fellows build confidence, develop clinical skills, and successfully complete their fellowship.
Experienced CCC-SLPs are also encouraged to apply.

Schedule
- Monday through Friday.
- Flexible scheduling with the ability to choose your hours.

- Typical shifts are approximately 4 hours, depending on caseload.
