We are looking for energetic, dependable, and detail-oriented individuals to help maintain a pristine, welcoming environment within our luxury wellness lounge. As a Luxury Wellness Lounge Associate, you'll play an important role in creating an elevated experience for every guest who walks through our doors.
This is more than traditional cleaning. At WELL., cleanliness, organization, presentation, and hospitality are part of the experience.

This paid part-time position offers an opportunity to grow within a fast-expanding wellness company focused on hospitality, presentation, and exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the entire wellness lounge, including guest seating, café areas, smoothie bar, restrooms, kitchen support areas, and common spaces.
- Practice cleaning as you go, ensuring the lounge, smoothie bar, and café remain clean, organized, and guest-ready throughout every shift.
- Keep the smoothie bar and café stations stocked, sanitized, and presentation-ready at all times.
- Assist with daily food and beverage preparation, including washing and preparing fruits and vegetables, portioning ingredients, labeling products, stocking grab-and-go items, and supporting smoothie and café operations.
- Wash dishes, utensils, blenders, pitchers, cutting boards, and other equipment while maintaining a clean and efficient workspace.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and maintain floors throughout the facility.
- Clean and sanitize counters, tables, equipment, refrigerators, glass, mirrors, and all high-touch surfaces.
- Restock cups, lids, straws, napkins, retail products, ingredients, cleaning supplies, toiletries, and other hospitality amenities.
- Empty trash and recycling while maintaining presentation standards throughout the day.
- Assist with opening, daytime, and closing responsibilities to ensure the lounge is fully prepared for service.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and cleaning procedures.
- Report maintenance concerns, damages, or operational issues promptly.
- Support the team in delivering a luxury hospitality experience through exceptional cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Prior cleaning, janitorial, housekeeping, hospitality, café, restaurant, or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and high cleanliness standards.
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently while staying proactive in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, lifting, and performing physical tasks throughout the shift.
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
- Strong communication skills with a hospitality-first mindset.
- Food Handler Permit (or ability to obtain one upon hire).
Position Details
- Part-Time Position (15-20 a week)
- Approximately 4–6 hour shifts
- Morning, daytime, and evening availability preferred
- Competitive hourly pay
