As the Director of Nursing, you will play a pivotal role in licensing, overseeing and coordinating the clinical operations of our home health agency and medical staffing services. Oversee and manage the clinical operations of our home health agency and medical staffing services.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, as well as company policies.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to nursing staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to optimize patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments to align clinical goals with organizational objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate staff performance, offering mentorship and professional development opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation of patient care.
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensed to practice in both Massachusetts and Connecticut.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in nursing, with leadership or managerial experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of home health care practices and medical staffing operations.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- A compassionate and patient-focused approach to care delivery.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing circumstances.
