Responsibilities
- Oversee daily nursing operations and resident care
- Supervise and support nursing staff
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and nursing standards
- Coordinate resident care and clinical services
- Monitor quality of care and staff performance
Requirements
- DON experience preferred
- Strong leadership and clinical management skills
- Ability to work a full-time day schedule
- Must be available for the full assignment
