Who You Are
No prior calibration experience is required, but a mechanical/electronic aptitude is beneficial for the training. All of our technicians go through SiteCal's comprehensive training program and have elevated themselves to become professional calibration technicians. You are a detail-oriented individual who works well in a variety of technical situations. You excel in managing your time to meet schedules with a team or when working solo.

Job Overview
As a Calibration Technician, your responsibilities would include completing routine calibrations on customer equipment at customer facilities. Our Calibration Technicians get the opportunity to work on very specialized equipment, and work with customers to establish processes on custom devices. You will be put through an apprenticeship training program that will elevate your understanding of our industry and make you an effective part of our team.
SiteCal specializes in onsite calibration in the area, so candidates must have a clean driving record and be willing to travel locally in a company provided vehicle. Overnight travel may be occasionally required. Due to the physical requirements, candidates must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. unassisted.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Ability to Understand Written Procedures & Industry Software
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
- Basic Mathematic & Microsoft Office Suite Skills
- Clean Driving Record & Current Driver’s License
An Ideal Candidate Might Have
- Technical Secondary Education or Relevant Military Experience
- Experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
- Training/Experience in electronic or mechanical systems.
