Structure, draft, and negotiate commercial agreements (purchase/sale, JV, services, licensing, supply, NDAs)
Lead commercial real estate matters: acquisitions, dispositions, development, leasing, and financing
Review title commitments, exceptions, and surveys; resolve curatives; manage escrow/closings
Advise on corporate governance, entity formation, ownership structure, and M&A support
Coordinate diligence across internal teams, lenders, brokers, and third-party vendors
Spot risk, propose practical solutions, and keep transactions moving on timeline
Build templates/playbooks to streamline contracts and closings
What You’ll Need:
3–7+ years in commercial/transactional practice with meaningful CRE exposure
Strong contract drafting/negotiation and title/survey review chops
Experience coordinating closings and working with lenders/underwriters
Active South Carolina license (or eligibility to waive in promptly)
Organized, responsive, and business-minded
