Job Title: Occupational Therapist
Location: Worcester, Woburn & Andover
Schedule: 12PM-4PM EST
Department: PHP/IOP
Reports To: Executive Director
Role Type: Part-Time availability (2 - 3 days/week)

Role Summary:
The Part Time Occupational Therapist will assess, plan, and implement therapeutic interventions & run groups for clients in our PHP/IOP programs. This role focuses on improving clients' daily living, emotional regulation, and work-related skills while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct client assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver evidence-based OT interventions targeting mental health and life skills
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure integrated, holistic care
- Educate clients and families on treatment strategies and progress
- Document progress and adjust plans as needed
- Support adolescents and adults in managing mental health challenges
- Participate in team meetings and continuing education
Qualifications:
- Master’s in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Licensed or license-eligible in Massachusetts
- NBCOT certification
- Experience in mental health or partial hospitalization setting
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Experience working with adolescents and adults in group settings
Job Types: Part-time, PRN
Pay: $40.00 - $65.00 per hour
