Pay: $33.00 – $48.00/hour
Shift Differential: +$6/hour
Relocation Assistance: $7,000 + $1,800/month housing for 3 months
What You’ll Do:
Provide direct nursing care for neurological progressive care patients
Monitor neurological status, vital signs, and changes in patient condition closely
Administer medications, treatments, and ongoing patient assessments
Collaborate with physicians, neurologists, and interdisciplinary teams to support recovery and care transitions
Educate patients and families on neurological conditions, treatment plans, and recovery goals
What You’ll Bring:
Active RN license
Minimum 1 year of acute care experience required
