Qualifications
- Valid cosmetology license with certification as a Nail Technician or Cosmetologist.
- Proven experience working in the beauty industry with a focus on nail care services.
- Strong knowledge of sanitation standards, disinfection procedures, and salon safety protocols.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with clients.
- Familiarity with retail sales strategies including upselling products related to nail care and esthetic treatments.
