CNB is looking for a qualified, motivated, and client- and team-focused individual to join our team as a Credit Analyst I. This position will be ON-SITE at our Jackson location.
Key Responsibilities

Analyzes commercial client financial statements, tax returns, and related documentation to assess creditworthiness.

Prepares loan presentations for loan committee, which includes preparation of loan application, financial statements, cash flow analysis, and risk assessments.
- Assists in underwriting commercial credit requests in accordance with bank policy and regulatory requirements.

Maintains accurate and completes files and documentation and provides updates as needed to business partners.

Collaborates with Mortgage and Consumer lending to assess and grade commercial and self-employed borrowers.

Completes and updates various reporting for Loan Committee or Board.

May perform various other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required:
-
Associates Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or related field.
- 0-2 years of relevant experience in credit analysis, commercial banking, accounting, or financial analysis.
Preferred:

Basic understanding of commercial lending concepts.

Familiarity with banking regulations and credit risk principles.

Job Summary
