Summary
The ideal candidate is responsible for proving an exceptional client experience, utilizing selling tools and product knowledge to achieve success of a luxury brand. This individual must have proven success in retail sales and the ability to understand and represent building a community through client relations. Increasing unit per transaction while providing extraordinary customer service.
Essential Functions
Job duties include, although are not limited to:
- Walk the sales floor and review checklist and opening procedures
- Add checklist bullets points
- Check communication from previous day
- Check Music programmed
- Putting the goods out of the floor upon arrival
- Organize and restock as needed
- Assist in maintaining visual and merchandise presentation standards
- Work to develop long term customer relationships
- Maximize store cross selling opportunities
- Assist in maintaining visual and merchandise presentation standards
- Demonstrate flexibility and ability to adapt to the changing needs of business
- Understand guest service needs and deliver the extraordinary
- Work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team
- Send communication ideas to the Marketing team for daily promotions
- Keep track of conversion rate – people vs sales transactions

- Contribute fashions trends and selling experience comments at weekly meetings
- Upsell in a customer friendly way
- Stock and sort boxes and product
- Capture customer data and report on shopper profiles and trends
- Open and Close Stores: Responsible for store openings and closings according to procedures.
- Responsible for lost prevention

Physical Requirements
Lifting 50 lbs. maximum with frequent lifting and carrying of objects weighing up to 25 lbs. It requires walking or standing to a significant degree, as well as reaching, handling, feeling, talking, hearing, and seeing.
