The Belt is now open, and we're continuing to add people to our great team. We're looking for experienced line cooks who take pride in their craft, work well under pressure, and want to be part of something from day one.
Our kitchen features two signature stations:
- Hand-Carved Meats – Pastrami, corned beef, brisket, turkey, and more.
- Smash Burger Grill – Fast-paced, high-quality smash burgers cooked with consistency and precision.
If you've worked a busy grill, deli, sandwich shop, burger concept, or scratch kitchen, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
- Prepare and cook menu items to company standards.
- Hand carve premium meats to order (training provided for the right candidate).
- Cook smash burgers and manage a high-volume flat top.
- Maintain speed, consistency, and presentation during busy service.
- Keep your station clean, organized, and stocked.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Support your teammates and contribute to a positive kitchen culture.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of line cook or grill experience preferred.
- Experience hand carving meats is a major plus.
- Smash burger or high-volume flat top experience is a major plus.
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance are required.
- Stable work history with strong references.
- Positive attitude and team-first mentality.
- Strong work ethic and sense of urgency.
- Excellent personal hygiene and professional appearance.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00–$24.00 per hour
Expected Hours: 30–40 per week
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Evening shifts REQUIRED.
- Weekends REQUIRED
Experience:
- Line Cook: 2 years (Preferred)
- Grill Cook: 2 years (Preferred)
- High-volume kitchen: 1 year (Preferred)
