**Job Overview:**
We are seeking dedicated and hard working employee's to fill a position for a kitchen exhaust cleaning technician. This is not an easy job and requires commitment. Our technicians generally stay within the Waterloo to Iowa City parameters; however, some jobs may include a farther drive time.
We operate third shifts, jobs do not start until commercial kitchens are done cooking for the evening (start time roughly between 7-9:00pm - not including drive time). The work schedule is Sunday-Thursday with every Friday and Saturday off.
We do not offer health or retirement benefits.
**Duties:**
- Setup the van prior to a job
- Assessing the volume and grease buildup of an exhaust system
- Thoroughly cleaning the fan, stack, and hood of the system
- Thoroughly filling out a field service report
- Being in contact with the client if there are any major issues
**Requirements:**
- Drivers license
- Transportation to and from work
- Comfortable to move up and down a ladder
- Resume submitted
- Commitment
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Appliance repair knowledge
- Customer service experience
- Experience as a service technician
- Hard working and dedicated
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $27.00 per hour
