Beachside Hospitality Group II is looking for talented and experienced Restaurant Managers to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure every guest receives outstanding service by maintaining a friendly environment, upholding company standards, and delivering all aspects of guest service.
- Recruit, train, and supervise a diverse team of employees, including hiring, scheduling, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures through daily restaurant management, staff meetings, restaurant walk-throughs, observations, and applicable audits.
- Monitor financial performance, review financial statements, and implement strategies to improve profitability.
- Support the managers and employees by being “hands-on” and assisting in the service of food, clearing of tables and restocking of items as needed.
Essentials:
- You must have 4 years of experience as a restaurant manager of a high volume culinary/hospitality experience
- Exhibit positive leadership, motivational and people skills
- Exhibit a strong understanding and ability to manage the operating budget, P&L, and labor in a restaurant setting.
- Must have a strong understanding of high-volume inventory management
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations, ensuring strict adherence to health code standards.
- Must have strong computer skills for purpose of using all restaurant management software
- Must possess a driver's license or state issued ID card.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Willingness to perform other duties as required to support the business
